It seems the X Factor judges feel the competition would be lonely without Aiden as Louis Walsh told the young singer from Blackpool “every week you give us an amazing performance. You are one of the most consistent performers on the show. I’m trying to find something negative and I can’t think of anything negative about that. You’re the perfect popstar. Intense is good!” and Cheryl Cole added “I’ve said for the past three weeks that you’re a really intense performer and now I’ve accepted that that’s who you are. I can’t fault your singing, you’re a really good singer.”

Simon Cowell was quick to remind us that the song choice was a last minute change and Aiden only had 24 hours to learn it, however he still thought Aiden’s version of the Sinead O’conner classic was “absolutely brilliant.”

While Dannii Minogue confirmed “we kept the essence of you, we took all the notes on board. I love the fact that you’re getting good comments tonight!”
