Liam Payne will make a return to The X Factor tomorrow night after falling at the last hurdle in 2008 at judges houses. As we revealed back in June, Liam auditioned for the show once again at the Birmingham auditions after being dropped by Simon Cowell at the judges houses two years earlier.
At the time Cowell said Liam was too young to progress to the live finals, asked if he felt this was the right decision, Liam said: “I do think Simon made the right decision because I was really young and I wasn’t ready. Now I’m 16 and I’m ready to give it another shot.”
Liam performs Michael Buble’s ‘Cry Me A River’ in front of the panel and guest judge Natalie Imbruglia on tomorrow night’s show.
Following the audition, Simon said: “This goes to prove my point. Two years ago I said you needed to go away for a little bit.
“You’ve changed into a man and are so much better for it.”
Find out if Liam gets through to bootcamp on tomorrow’s show on ITV1 from 7:30PM…
