Eliminated X Factor hopeful Treyc Cohen has hit out the show and her former fellow finalists have her axe on Sunday night. Speaking to The Mirror, Treyc branded Katie a drama queen and claimed she should be there over Wagner, but refused to criticise her former mentor Cheryl Cole.

Treyc told the tabloid: “Katie crumbled. I was the better performer – and I finished my song.

“If it was a singing contest then I should still be there. Even Simon Cowell said I was the better singer. Katie is a drama queen, but that’s part of her and we just got on with it. I suppose if I had been more of a diva it might have made me more entertaining, but I don’t want to change who I am.”

Treyc added: “I should be there over Wagner. I am the better singer – he’s just a funny character.” Sorry, Treyc, but he got more votes than you!

Despite Cheryl Cole’s controversial refusal to vote for either her or Katie, Treyc was loyal to her mentor, saying: “I don’t think Cheryl could choose between us. She didn’t want to let either of us down. I understand why she did it.”
